Wed-based data management and reporting

ATMECO has introduced a high security, client specific, web-based version of CIMS to capture, report and manage all data ATMECO collects and analyses on behalf of clients. All ATMECO clients have individual data management accounts dedicated to their data and reporting systems. All data are secured by ´bank level´ security web site controls, set up specifically for each ATMECO client via users they can assign to have access rights.

Clients can access their survey data at any time, 24/7, to review survey progress and check data being collected in ´real time´.

Ready secure data access

Clients can export their survey data at any time in a variety of formats for their own internal reporting needs or further analyses.

Immediate report access

ATMECO clients can compile a wide range of survey, condition, maintenance and scheduling reports directly from the web-based CIMS, knowing that data have up-to-the minute validity. Archived reports submitted to regulatory agencies, are immediately available if needed.

Prioritized work scheduling

The ATMECO web-based CIMS automatically schedules remedial repair work and follow-up re-monitoring to ensure response work is done in a timely and efficient manner, and the facility remains in compliance with its regulatory requirements.

Remedial repair management

Internal or contractor maintenance response teams can be given selected access to the database to help them schedule remedial repair work for which they are responsible.

Full CIMS component data available

The component databases ATMECO develop for clients as part of CIMS provide a valuable resource with a wide range of potential users within operations and maintenance groups on site. Depending on company preferences specific individuals or groups can be given secure access to the CIMS database to improve their work management on site.
